The manager is great--understanding, genuine, flexible, smart, and fair. The grounds are well kept and lovely. The bad part is that the neighborhood isnt too safe (Shiloh). The bad part is that the neighborhood isnt too safe (Shiloh). I have had numerous vandalism of my car int the parking lot, and hope it wasnt from residents. Many residents have serious cognitive diseases as well as physical ailments. It isnt the friendliest community. Again, management is excellent, but many residents are not the kind of neighbors I prefer to have. It is like an assisted living facility, without the assistance.more ...hide ...
