This is a housing complex for elderly and disabled individuals. People who dwell there come out to smoke cigarettes and consume alcohol. There is not ample parking for visitors. The denizens have to pay for spaces in the church parking lot that faces the side of the building, but during the time when the furniture market is in town, these parking spaces are no more available, causing a predicament due to the lack of parking spaces. The entrance has a keypad that requires a special fob to open the door, making the tenants feel secure. Unfortunately, some of the residents do not permit entry to strangers, which is a major issue. People are not safe when they are allowing access to any person who arrives. The personnel hardly ever stay in the office and take off as much as they can. The maintenance staff is terrific! Whenever there is a problem, they handle it quickly. They also take care of the interior, such as the washers, floors, and garbage, as well as the exterior, where they use pressure washers to clean the building, the driveway, and other areas. All in all, it is an acceptable place.more ...hide ...

I wouldnt suggest anyone move there. Its loud and people/kids are always out at night early mornings being loud, the walls are thin you hear your both neighbors on either side. They dont come to fix any issue in you home in a timely manner, Never pick up the phone and they are hardly ever in the office to help with anything. And when they are theyre rude and smart mouth. They need to get new people working for them and a new set of rules. I suggest go else where with your hard earned money unless you have no other choice.more ...hide ...
