Baker was so supportive in helping me pick the right unit, and made the entire process (application to move in) a breeze! I had a minor issue with my move in date, a leak in my upstairs ceiling, but Baker and the personnel were very prompt in fixing this and providing recompense. I am confident that I made the right choice by moving in here and am overjoyed to call this wonderful place home.Update 11/22/21: all has been good up until now, though I must remove a few stars for the parking situation.I have lived downtown in multiple cities, and have never experienced parking issues as serious as this!Therefore, I have taken away the part that explains the parking issues in greater detail. Natalie, the property manager, got in touch with me the following day to discuss all the plans to fix this problem. I'm very pleased with how the situation is being dealt with! It seems like we will be getting parking permits which should drastically reduce the number of cars on the property that don't belong to residents. RENTER BEWAREnIf you have another option DO NOT MOVE HERE I was one of the first residents to move into this community when they originally opened and since its inception they have not protected the integrity of their residents as well as the serviceRENTER BEWAREnIf you have another option DO NOT MOVE HERE I was one of the first residents to move into this community when they originally opened and since its inception they have not protected the integrity of their residents as well as the services they claim to provide Valet trash will skip hallways management will not have it cleaned until the next day and the halls will smell of trash mail is either being stolen or not delivered properly as my mailbox is continuously left open heat during winter always runs on auxiliary and maintenance ignores the large cracking in the ceiling of our apartment stating it gets like this in the summer and we fix it once a year However they had only been open one year and he must not have realized I knew they hadnt repaired it a single time The cracks in the apartment continue to follow the walls and corners when I first moved in there were mushrooms and mold in my bathroom because they had forgotten to seal my specific bathroom when building the place they claimed It seems like most of management at the front has a problem remembering forgetting and overall their cognitive dissonance is leaving the rest of the community confused They make nearly zero effort to help their residents at the front office and it is unfortunate that third parties have to get involved when there are issues at this complex They are rude to their tenants when they are asked for help about issue they should be upholding If you want to spend your money at an apartment complex with normally operating services and a legitimate professional team of staff do not move to Solis Chestnut Farms If only they took as much time to help their tenants as they do to respond to these reviews they would probably have a lot more happy residentsmore ...hide ...
