I moved to North Highlands during the global pandemic April of 2020 The communication back and forth with the management was smooth during this processnnKatrina was so helpful during my move First day I arrived the unit had heat on it I moved from FL I moved to North Highlands during the global pandemic April of 2020 The communication back and forth with the management was smooth during this processnnKatrina was so helpful during my move First day I arrived the unit had heat on it I moved from FL and I was delighted to find that the unit was warm when I arrived late evening Little things like that shows me how thoughtful the management here is The villa is beautiful There are some things that I dont love but I understand why they are designed the way they are since its a rental unitnnPros The unit is aesthetically beautiful Granite tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen Id live here again in a heartbeat The water pressure for showers were amazing The amenities like the gym and the pool are well maintained The dog park is a good size and my dogs enjoyed it The playground is small but conveniently located Theres pet waste eliminator stations all over and Ive never seen them overly full or anything like that Let me not forget the maintenance guys Bret is probably the nicest man Ive met More times than not hes helped me with things that were outside of his scope He could have easily just done what he had to do and leave but he would check into things to make sure everything is good I cannot praise him enoughnnCons The kitchen storage space is limited and no pantry I personally have a lot of kitchen items and like stocking up my pantry There were virtually no storage space other than the outside walk in storage in the garage The cabinets and cupboards had no knobs and this was so annoying to me personally Many chipped nails while living here My big washer and dryer did not fit all the way with their hookups So we had to remove the doors that shut over washer and dryer Not a big deal to me but maybe this information can be helpful to someone The backyard is not fenced which is to be expected at apartments Some people do not pickup after their dogs It really takes away from all the maintenance that they are doing here Management can only do so much when people have no integrity They put up signs for fines for not picking up but without surveillance to enforce this its difficultnnOverall loved it while I lived here The location is beautiful Its right by marketplace and 1015 min drive into town The convenience cannot be beat more ... hide ...

We lived here for about two years This is a beautiful pet friendly community We rarely heard our neighbors and our electric bills were never unreasonable My dog loved going to the dog park at the back of the property We loved our vaulted ceilings new We lived here for about two years This is a beautiful pet friendly community We rarely heard our neighbors and our electric bills were never unreasonable My dog loved going to the dog park at the back of the property We loved our vaulted ceilings new appliances the huge walk in closets the underground parking the community center Seriously all the amenities are so convenient not to mention 247 So when my fiance was on night shift he was still able to use the gym without having to pay for a membership somewhere Theres a grocery store down the road and its one of the closest apartments to base The office was great when we got orders to leave Minotwe didnt have to pay back concessions or pay a fee to cancel our lease they were very respectful and it was honestly the easiest move out Ive ever done Theres a new manager now too and shes the sweetest She tries really hard to make things right more ... hide ...
