If you expect to get your security deposit back, don't bet on it; there is too much to be done. Furthermore, there were no security cameras, leading to the apartment beneath us being broken into twice, as well as other units in the complex. We met one friendly family who has been there since the beginning, however, due to the drug busts and burglaries, this is not a suitable place for raising children. We did have some maintenance work done (by the third maintenance worker), but it took them a long time to address our concerns. For the last four to six months, we were waiting for fire/CO2 detectors to be replaced (unfortunately, not safe). I visited my mom and the building was very clean Just not happy with some things that have not been fixed in my moms apartment that were supposed to be done already

Make sure you keep your rent recipe As I got ripped off nothing ever gets done when you ask for something to get fixed it doesnt get fix unless you do it yourself Also very nasty
