They gave me a bill for replacement which I refused! They said I must have broken it. It gets worse.Do not move here no matter what. Neighbors have nothing positive to say. Some are planning on moving asap.Living here now 4 months and have become very sick. Mold is extensive in buildings. On 2 inhalers, 2 nasal sprays, and just put on prednisone. The community is extremely quiet and peaceful. Many of the residents here are of the older retired type, which I think is nice because they live a quiet lifestyle if thats what youre looking for. I really like that all of the payment of rent is online, which makes it super easy and just like paying any other bill online. Management is also caring and does a good job of keeping the complex clean and up to par. Overall I would reccomend checking out Ridgewood Heights.
