I lived here for two years, and it was a very lovely place. The building itself is historic and still maintains its charm in the lobby. The units themselves are somewhat in need of updating from the 90€™s, but overall I lived here for two years, and it was a very lovely place. Maintenance was always quick to act on issues, and the office staff was always friendly. The only reason for the lack of five stars is that there is not in-unit laundry available.
