Im writing this in light of recent events recent meaning yesterday I love my apartment I love my neighbors and I love the area but I honest to god hate this place and how its run we had an issue yesterday with grown adults screaming at each other in Im writing this in light of recent events recent meaning yesterday I love my apartment I love my neighbors and I love the area but I honest to god hate this place and how its run we had an issue yesterday with grown adults screaming at each other in the middle of the day for no reason other than a child had gotten pushed over on accident or on purpose Im not sure by another child playing outside nobody handled that situation well and of course the police were called to the complex probably about the 11th or 12th time THIS MONTH October now that wasnt too terrible what got me to write this review is the fact that in one of the buildings there are 67 grown adults living in a 2 bedroom apartment my mother happens to live underneath them and since they moved in has discovered cockroaches in her apartment even after their pest control really its a joke because not once have I seen or gotten notice of pest control coming to spray since we moved in this new unit in March and her bedroom ceiling is caving in to the point where its eaten up half of her wall its been a month since she reported that to the complex emergency maintenance and corporate but anyway these men living in the unit above her have been breaking and entering peoples apartments sometimes just walking in when they realize its unlocked and claiming to not know where THEIR apartment is I call bs theyve lived here a few months these are also the same men that have been caught trying to break into the residents cars while everything went down yesterday the ladies from the office actually came down here and told the residents that their hands were tied even though a lot of the police presence have been because of them they know that there are too many people in the apartment but will not do anything so everybody is fearful that they will either get robbed or worse because these people just think its okay to do what theyre doing and theyre getting away with it I have complained about my neighbors down the hall and so have the other people living in the same building because of constant parties and weed smell in the hallway all of which are done by MINORS but again nothing has been done Im writing this in the hopes that they see this or it saves someone the headache and extra stress of living here I dont enjoy moving but Id rather do that than stay where management does not care more ... hide ...

We have scarcely had any difficulties with the apartment, and when we needed something repaired, we just called and the maintenance man came promptly and fixed the issue. The apartments are fairly tranquil, on occasion we can hear the neighbors' canines, but it has never been a problem for us. We adore how near it is to the malls and downtown, plus Walnut Creek. The pool is little, but not too bad. The fee for the extent of the apartment is also pretty good, even though my roommate does have a rather diminutive bedroom. The kitchen is great. We have never had any difficulties with the parking, management, or any other area, it has been a fantastic renting experience. I trust over the last year there have been some changes in management, which may be the cause of why we have had a good time there, in contrast to the other reviewer. I would suggest this apartment complex to a lot of my friends. If I were not graduating this year, I would plan to remain here longer. more ... hide ...
