Well managed and welcoming As a 7 12 year resident Ive found Walnut Creek exceeds my expectations as an Adult Nonassisted Living Retirement Community

Obviously in financial trouble Poorly managed and maintained Lawn sprinkler system broken for 2 years grass dead or dying Plenty of weeds and broken and uneven sidewalks Snow and ice removal almost nonexistent If appliances break they are swapped b Obviously in financial trouble Poorly managed and maintained Lawn sprinkler system broken for 2 years grass dead or dying Plenty of weeds and broken and uneven sidewalks Snow and ice removal almost nonexistent If appliances break they are swapped between other apartments Major repairs take weeks including water heaters heating and AC After 1st year tenants are forced into a month to month lease no other option Constant rent increases Parents will be moving ASAP Definitely NOT recommended more ... hide ...
