I have lived here now for over a year and have enjoyed my apartment and the commanderie of fellow Brothers in Arms We are all veterans formerly homeless and these are great apartments

My mother in law lives there and I like that they keep things up. They always have it decorated for different holidays ect. Lots of flowers on the front lawn.

Multiple times! Sharon came in then realized I was home! Left my apartment door wide open!Lacked people skills. To Say the least.(Not saying Im a Saint)!My apartment (G-04) was flooded fromJune till October of 2019 badly!offered another, I declined.Finally got leak stopped mostly!I was overtaken by bugs!Black Mold was in my apartment!& all on East End of building!and Was confirmed by more than 5 long time different residents!Ruined everything I had!more ...hide ...

Cherrywood apartments are run down, dirty apartments that offer little to no amenities. The worst encounter I had with them is when they \"mistakenly\" threw away all the items in a garage I had rented from them for over a year. I was lied to by previous property management about the door system of the 7601 building being knocked out by a storm when in reality it had been years before I moved in that it had ever worked. Short of it.. save your money and rent from someone more credible. Oh and as for all my items that they destroyed, they never even offered to give me that month of the garage fees back and the only type of restitution offered was one free month rent.more ...hide ...
