Elm grove took over in October of 2018, and have since been putting in an unnecessary amount of \"upgrades\" to the complex, which in turn has been a total waste of time. They reduced the amount of parking spaces, put holes in the walls to add insulation, destroyed the outer walls and cracked and damaged the structure by putting in new air conditioners in all units. Not to mention asking all tenants to apply to public housing to get a tax credit but overcharge on rent. Rent averages 1200+. This used to be one of the only low income housing apartments outside of Manchester (I started by paying about 800/month 12 years ago) dont even consider it. Lets not mention the office manager is almost never there and spends more time out of the office than in it, and is hilariously unprofessional and rude.There have also been people that roam the property breaking into cars, and management has done nothing about it other than advise tenants \"lock your cars, we arent responsible\"more ...hide ...
