this place is unbelievable! They installed all brand new windows in this building last year. This year they told the elderly residents that they can€™t use their own AC units in their new windows and must purchase one this place is unbelievable! They installed all brand new windows in this building last year. This year they told the elderly residents that they can€™t use their own AC units in their new windows and must purchase one of their AC units for $475 plus another $25 to have them install it!!! That is insanity!! These poor residents are already on a fixed income and you go ahead and force them to purchase a $500 ac unit because you changed the windows!!! YOU should be providing those units to the residents for those that have been there prior too installation!!! They did NOT sign a lease stating they would have to purchase a $500 AC unit of YOURS. There has to be some sort of legal action against this!more ...hide ...
