Mom loves it here! Her apartment faces the back of the building and has a nice woodsey view. She enjoys watching the birds and the groundhogs that also come to feed. Nice, quiet area in the city. The maintenance man takes really good care of this property inside and out, Ive never seen anything out of place or dirty.The one change that could be made is the tree ŸŒ that blocks the entrance should be taken down and a covered area should be built with more outdoor seating. The tree is awkwardly placed so you cant walk straight into the building so there is a slight incline and narrow walkway to enter the building.more ...hide ...
