This is an incredible place to call home! The on-site office staff (Tracy) and maintenance crew are superb. Whenever I have a question or need something, Tracy is always willing to assist. Moreover, the resident portal is awesome--you can pay rent, submit maintenance requests, chat with other residents, and much more! There is a lovely walking path with a panoramic view that Tracy keeps tidy (despite a few people not cleaning up after their dogs). Fortunately, I have never had to make a noise complaint since the building is very tranquil, even located at the entrance. There is also a spotless gym, a communal room with a kitchenette, sofas, and a television, and a secure mailroom. I currently live here The plus of this place is that it is quiet the majority of the time and the apartment is big and new and it is in a great location Snow removal has been fast and efficient as well The down fall is the MANAGEMENT They are eitheI currently live here The plus of this place is that it is quiet the majority of the time and the apartment is big and new and it is in a great location Snow removal has been fast and efficient as well The down fall is the MANAGEMENT They are either ignorant or severely understaffed My fianc has had 34 packages worth 200 on different occasions stolen from the building He brought it up to management who were very unhelpful and rude He also went to corporate management and they had similar responses For about a month now management has fixed the washer machines There are roughly 3 out of 12 washers in the whole building that are functioning We had a leak in one of our windows collecting roughly a quart of water throughout the day and we were told it would be addressed asap We have not heard anything since the beginning of January regarding the matter With our luck there will be water damage and we will be charged for it We are halfway into our lease and I just hope it gets better from heremore ...hide ...

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so!!!!The director is very nice, most of the staff members are nice. Have told other people specifics which had been stated in therapy sessions. If they offer to help you, dont accept it because they will just use it against you in the long run!!!!
