Living in this apartment complex for almost 3 years, I was the first one to have the keys. On the whole, the experience has been positive – the apartments are great for the price, the trail, park, and gym are a plus. On the whole, the experience has been positive – the apartments are great for the price, the trail, park, and gym are a plus. However, in recent months, management has been a problem. I keep receiving emails about what isn't allowed around the community, like a teacher scolding students. I recently had a distressing experience where my holiday decorations (from a grandparent who passed away) outside of my door were thrown out by staff without my knowledge or approval and without warning. When I brought this up with staff, they said it was a violation of my lease, despite the fact that the same decorations had been put up the two years prior without any issues. They also said it was a lease infringement to keep property in the breezeway and I should've read the email sent out in May to avoid doing this. I feel the restrictions are unfair and the enforcement is unprofessional. Apart from this, the place is not bad to live in. more ... hide ...

It used to be a nice place to live but ever since covid started its been bad Theres barely any maintenance I paid for my own air filter because they were on back order I just paid for my own ball catchers for my closet doors because they werent fixed It used to be a nice place to live but ever since covid started its been bad Theres barely any maintenance I paid for my own air filter because they were on back order I just paid for my own ball catchers for my closet doors because they werent fixed the last time I put in a work order We constantly get emails about all work orders being canceled due to unforseen circumstances and emails telling us what we can and cant due but they raise the rent the state maximum How can you raise the rent 5 each year but cant even do basic maintenance They also have been closing out work orders as being completed without actually doing the work and it doesnt matter who the management is because they send out the same automated emails and dont respond to emails you send them more ... hide ...

There seems to be some awful management problems lately Of course the tenants are the losers Everything that doesnt get done gets attributed to covid Sadly over the years services have decreased management is unavailable I understand covid but there There seems to be some awful management problems lately Of course the tenants are the losers Everything that doesnt get done gets attributed to covid Sadly over the years services have decreased management is unavailable I understand covid but theres no excuse to not give back what theyve taken away during the height of the pandemic at this time Like access Like being able to meet with the property manager who is on site via some form of communication Tenants arent even allowed to knock on the managers door Or face getting written up Leading to eviction Good luck with that eviction Tenants are scared No one wants to lose their home so they go without Owners of the building are unavailable to mediate So begins the decline Covid became the great excuse to take advantage and cut corners I see it all over Willows is no different sadly more ... hide ...

Its a lovely environment for familys with children and familys with pets The apts are gorgeous and very private My husband and I love it here and we couldnt be happier Oh shopping is very close
