My 1 bedroom costs 1950, but my neighbors only pay 1750. Additionally, the room is always dark and gloomy due to lack of sunlight. Roaches have been appearing in our apartments, even though we keep them clean. In the past year, the washing machine, door monitor, dishwasher, and the ceiling have all broken (not our fault). Now there is mold on the ceiling and repairs take forever. After the lease ends, we are expected to pay for any damages. The promised outdoor movie theater, children's playground, cafe, and other amenities have not been touched since we moved in. If you are a professional or simply someone who takes pride in their home and expects to have peace and quiet, be careful. One would think that in today's world of cameras and recording devices (which I always have with me and are very sensitive to any red flags) the people who are paid to provide a service would have a good work ethic and a level of respect. It is 3:41 a.m. and I have been woken up to loud, awful music and thumping bass. I have not been living here for a full month yet and it has been disappointing. When I mentioned my prior concerns to Tasha, the district property manager, she told me to "keep in mind that people will be having holiday parties." This is an odd response considering that the noise, regardless of the event, does not comply with the terms of the lease and is thus in violation of the lease contract (currently 3:45 A.M.). I asked multiple times about noise and parking before moving here and was lied to. I would prefer to resolve things amicably, but not at themore ...hide ...
