Been fine so far with the service of the apartment complex until a recent late rent fee was charged We recently renewed the lease and have always been using automatic payment and always pay on time We was not informed by any source that we will need Been fine so far with the service of the apartment complex until a recent late rent fee was charged We recently renewed the lease and have always been using automatic payment and always pay on time We was not informed by any source that we will need to update the automatic payment to reflect the new lease data We also receive the late rent notice after passing the deadline Called the manger and explain the situation she couldnt waive the fee for us even though its a systematic error we should not be blamed fornnAlso comment on the the response below No I did not have the knowledge of update the payment upon lease renewal If I did then I would not have this complain at all It will be nice to receive some notice upon lease renewal more ... hide ...
