Zakiayyah Bankston is a poor example of what a leasing office manager should be. She has refused to provide assistance to tenants and speaks to them in a disrespectful manner. When I, as a tenant, discovered she had misplaced my car documents and license information, and asked her what she did with them, she replied with: "I don't need to explain that to you". To make the tenants seem in the wrong, she disingenuously fabricates stories to her superiors. It's unfortunate that I am moving out, as the apartment is actually nice, but I would rather leave than deal with Zakiayyah's outrageous attitude. She belittles my roommate and me as if we are children, and exhibits blatant racial and age discrimination. We are young women who have solid jobs and earn a considerable amount of money. We always pay rent on time, and are courteous to our neighbours and people in our vicinity. Should the higher management at this place have any sense, they would fire Zakiayyah, as she could be the reason why people move out. I have composed an entire letter detailing my experiences here at Tiffany Manor! I am willing to disclose the absurdity, from having our registered vehicle in our designated parking spot towed, to the front gate not functioning leaving us locked out, and being late to work waiting for management to finally arrive at the leasing office for me to submit essential maintenance requests. more ... hide ...

If I could give this apartment complex a zero star rating I would I honestly dont even know where to begin The staff in this apartment complex needs to be retrained especially Zakkiyyah Bankston she is rude disrespectful and unhelpful Im not even s If I could give this apartment complex a zero star rating I would I honestly dont even know where to begin The staff in this apartment complex needs to be retrained especially Zakkiyyah Bankston she is rude disrespectful and unhelpful Im not even sure how she has a job Zakkiyyah makes up her own rules based on how she is feeling If you have a maintenance issue in your apartment you have to wait about 23 weeks for someone to come fix it Meanwhile the maintenance guy David lives on the premises Also the main gate NEVER works so you will literally be locked out your apartment because you cant get in the gate I live there for one year and that gate has only worked for about 3weeks and not even 3 weeks straight If you are thinking about moving to this complex I wouldnt take your time and find a better apartment more ... hide ...
