currently live in a fee simple townhouse and although my income is ok for daily and monthly expenses Im 100 responsible for everything that needs repair I do have assets in an IRA but those could easily disappear and this house is about 30 years old Ive lived here since phonehidden Therefore Id be much happier living in an apartment
