I really wanted to love my loft but every single aspect of living at Circle F made it hard The grounds are beautiful the amenities are sufficient and its nice to see properties like circle f in Trenton however the execution fell throughn1 THERE ARE I really wanted to love my loft but every single aspect of living at Circle F made it hard The grounds are beautiful the amenities are sufficient and its nice to see properties like circle f in Trenton however the execution fell throughn1 THERE ARE MICE i saw small traces of them after i first moved in and told maintenance immediately They filled my unit with tons of sticky traps that did absolutely nothing Which also meant i had to check the traps myself Weeks later i heard them in the walls above my unit and it was hard to sleep Called maintenance again and they set out even more sticky traps I left for training for a few weeks just to be sent pics from my family who checked on my unit of boxes clothes shoes even my couch literally shreddedchewed through I told circle f management they were completely unapologeticn2 Staff does not communicate Its really hard to get in touch with anyone and when you email its different people every time who dont communicate with one another So youre left trying to prove to staff that you communicated different informationn3 You can hear and smell everything no seriously everything There was about a 5 inch gap between my neighbors wall and mine so i could hear all of her conversations activities smell everything she cookedn4 The units are extremely moist youll definitely need a dehumidifier or expect to see moldn5 Even as a military member i had to fight to get out of my lease I was deployed and stationed elsewhere and was accused of not informing staff even though i did on 4 different occasions After sending them proof that i informed several different departments they finally agreed to end my lease after an additional full 30 days so i paid for an empty apartment for a month nIf circle F fixes the aforementioned issues Im sure it would be a great place to live Until then beware more ... hide ...
