The absolute WORST property management I've ever encountered! Last week, my uncle passed away at Birchwood in Hopewell. The police, ambulance, and maintenance man were all present. Today, my sister and I went to see the property manager to discuss cl The absolute WORST property management I've ever encountered! Last week, my uncle passed away at Birchwood in Hopewell. The police, ambulance, and maintenance man were all present. Today, my sister and I went to see the property manager to discuss clearing out his apartment. (I called yesterday to let them know about his death and how to clean it out). Upon our arrival, the manager was extremely unprofessional, uncaring, insulting, and even hung up on us! She began screaming that we hadn't notified her, even though we had, she just didn't return the calls. She didn't even show any sympathy for his death. My grandmother, who is in quarantine and lost her son, had to make a call to this woman and was treated disrespectfully. The property manager stated that we needed to go to court to get access to the apartment, even though my grandmother is listed as next of kin on the paperwork and we had the obituary. I would NEVER advise anyone to choose this facility. My uncle had a lot of issues with this manager while living there. Save your money and find a place where the management cares about their tenants. Terrible place for seniors!!! more ... hide ...

My mom just moved here earlier this year and she is very happy The apartments are spacious and set up very well The staff is friendly I would recommend Birchwood at Hopewell to anyone looking for an apartment
