Ive lived here for about 18 months I love my apartment Not much going on in Pennsville but its close to work rent is low Most people are friendly Great for pet lovers My only concern the Community Room needs to be renovated reopened folks dont wa Ive lived here for about 18 months I love my apartment Not much going on in Pennsville but its close to work rent is low Most people are friendly Great for pet lovers My only concern the Community Room needs to be renovated reopened folks dont want to stay isolated in their apartments especially during the winter Hopefully it will be open soon now that Covid pandemic is almost over more ... hide ...

Quite alot to do or you dont have to do anything, between the food bank here monthly, weekly produce deliveries, walgreens gave us the Very clean and safe. More importantly i was able to have my little ptsd service dog. Everyone seemed to like him and he loved the grounds. He passed recently but the staff was wonderful and knew a vet that could come quick and arranged it. What a blessing....what they did and the cards that were se t, I knew I was t at the right place.i highly reccomend here and despite being a low income Housing the inside and extensive grounds are kept beautifyl. The f/t social worker is so helpful and arranges activities, entertainment and so much more.
