Instead of wanting to better for themselves.A very unsafe neighborhood with major structural violations and outdated wiring the cause of mold in all units, outrageous light bills, electrical fires and more.Not a safe place to raise your family, corrupt HUD practices, high staff turnover, septic overflow on property grounds, drugs, gangs€¦it€™s more like a hangout that leads to complacency.Very nosey, clinging neighbors and extremely dark presence over the place.
