Ask them about how their experience was when filing a claim/warranty and if their issue was addressed in a timely manner or not at all. With a company of this magnitude producing homes at such a rapid rate, it is to be expected that there may be some minor issues. Nevertheless, be wary of the quality being compromised for quantity. Moreover, be mindful of the HVAC systems in the homes and converse with the residents. Homes of this size should not have one furnace/central air conditioner (even if they have a dual damper, if the duct-work is too small, it is pointless) as it will cost the homeowner thousands to install a second HVAC system to properly heat and cool the larger homes. more ... hide ...
