Two months ago I moved out of apartment Passed 2 months I didnt recevie my security deposit return Landlord said 30 days security deposit return Already passed 60 days

They told me and apartment was ready for me August of 2020 They just needed a few updated papers And then a few more ALLL of my paperwork ended up expiring twice over and in the meantime I ended up couchsurfing because they were taking so long In Jan They told me and apartment was ready for me August of 2020 They just needed a few updated papers And then a few more ALLL of my paperwork ended up expiring twice over and in the meantime I ended up couchsurfing because they were taking so long In Jan 2021 I finally ended up begging another complex to take me in as I had nowhere else to go 3 days later these people called me telling me they were waiting on just one more paper Which I sent them and I still have the email where I sent it to them and Carmen the assistant property manager replied Got it thanks I dont believe that the apartment actually sat there empty and waiting for me for 5 months Something had to be going on behind the scenes that they kept letting my paperwork expire and making excuses Dont trust this place more ... hide ...

I Been living in the community for 5 years this was the best move I made with my kids Its very clean quiet and spacious Never had any problems with anything on premises The school district is very nice and plenty of local stores in the area
