Horrible in all aspects Leasing office is horrible maintenance is horrible I shouldve read reviews before wasting my time I wish I could break out of my lease and get this nightmare over with but I cant until lease is up
I have been living here since Feb 2012 and I have no complaints Every problem I have ever had has been met with an immediate solution and our current property manager Ms Harris is amazing

My father lived there for 20 years, staff is very polite, caring and in the 20 years never had issues with anyone there. Security is always doing their job, checking floors at night. One night my father left his stove on, his apartment was smoked up, this security guard happened to be doing her rounds and happened to go by dads door, she opened the door and my father was near a window trying to breathe fresh air, she saved his life and Im forever grateful.more ...hide ...
I lived here many years ago in 1993. Very nice place to live at the time. Close to the Ben Franklin Bridge and train station and bus station.
