I live here The management is super poor cant solve literally any issues we home owners bring to them Poor hoa management no transparency on how they spend the money
Terrible service They hold a board meeting without any resident actively on board and passed a decision to charge residents an additional 200 to 400 every year for AC inspection None of the residents agreed but couldnt do anything to stop them
I dont live there Im just a contractor that was surveying a system for them but everything seems state of the art with a ton of amenities spa jacuzzi large outdoor patio and pool and more

My parents came to live in Jersey City in 1960. I was a young teen and Grace Church was a place where we got together every day after school early evening just to spend time. It was like a small park for us to unite with our friends. We were a close group of teens. The boys would get together to harmonize and the girls do the same. We spent time there until time to go home. The Priest would open up the gym at times so we would not have to walk the streets to find a place to \"hang out\". The Priest at that time always looked out for us. He would enjoy hearing us sing and we respected him and appreciated he let us hang out there sitting on a small bench with a canopy just being together.more ...hide ...
