I was employed as an armed guard by Code Black Security at this site, which is managed horribly. Before relocating to this location, be aware that it is a low-income housing project, and the inhabitants are hardly better than inmates in a maximum security prison. They are in poverty and filled with rage, and they are hostile towards anyone. The building supervisor, a large African-American woman with a weave, is the most nasty, haughty, and idle person I have ever had the experience of conversing with. I contacted her various times in regards to issues I observed while on duty, and she did nothing. I can recall one instance in particular when she refused to clear the snow from a handicapped parking spot belonging to an elderly woman who may have been over 80, who was using a walker. I ended up having to shovel away the mountain of snow that had accumulated because the heavy-set black building manager refused to act. How heartless. I highly recommend you research this place thoroughly, visit it, and talk to other people living here before deciding to move in. If you do, you will save yourself a great deal of trouble.
