If I could rate this 0 stars I would Worst development group and property management ever literally Where do I start The elevators and garage doors are ALWAYS broken The garage has been broken in the past for as long as 5 months which led to my parkiIf I could rate this 0 stars I would Worst development group and property management ever literally Where do I start The elevators and garage doors are ALWAYS broken The garage has been broken in the past for as long as 5 months which led to my parking spot being stolen The Elevators will be broken for weeks on end Can you imagine a luxury building with basic amenities that never work There is nowhere for packages to be secured so your deliveries will be stolen multiple times while management does nothing Service requests will never be tended to unless you hound the super or property manager who act like doing their jobs is an annoyance The leasing office can never be reached The garbage chute facilities are filthy The hallways always reek of weed Either the developers dont have enough capital to maintain the building or they just dont care about minorities Neither is acceptable This level of incompetence and negligence would never be tolerated in a predominantly white township DO NOT rent here There are better optionsmore ...hide ...

We live on the 5th floor and let me tell you this place feels like a safety hazard. When I asked for the correct pay, she and her superior, Antoinette, fired me and made false claims of inadequate performance. I took the matter to court and April was the only one who appeared. I succeeded in my case, but I regretted not being able to help the elderly in that building anymore. April Wilson had no concern for the tenants and even conspired with the state inspector to falsely report that the apartments complied with the housing code. Furthermore, she often offered me days off and then would later mark them as me calling out sick. April was envious of me and my abilities. When they noticed I had become aware of them not paying me correctly, they no longer wanted me as an employee. The judge could tell that April was untruthful in court due to my thorough documentation. I hope that the new management is guaranteeing a safe and secure environment for the tenants.more ...hide ...
