I applied for this apartment back in April 2022, repeatedly asking questions about the financial requirements for qualification. After submitting my documents and paying the $50 application fee, I was told I did not qualify. After submitting my documents and paying the $50 application fee, I was told I did not qualify. The project manager informed me I needed to make four times the monthly rent, which amounted to $69,000 a year; this is not low income. I feel scammed and disrespected by their lack of transparency; had they been upfront with me I would not have wasted my money, particularly during the holiday season. At first I thought it was a Well put together place I went out there one weekend trash was all over the place bikes all over and pound music playing poorly ran by the manager
