I have an amazing group of neighbors here, but I'm not pleased with the corporate management of this property. I have been living here since 7/17 and we have already gone through three different property managers, and the maintenance guy (who was great) just quit. Despite my neighbors' desire to live happily here, there are many issues that need to be addressed. We asked for security cameras to be installed four months ago to help combat vandalism and drug activity, but nothing has been done. We were even told that speed bumps were approved, however there is no indication of when we will actually receive them. Additionally, despite being a smoke-free facility, residents still smoke inside and outside of their homes. The police are often called, but without cameras it's hard to get them to take action. Ms. Ellington is particularly unhelpful and tends to yell at residents and threaten to report their complaints to the people they are complaining about. With only one maintenance guy to take care of two properties, many issues have gone unaddressed, and now that he has left, it's even worse. Additionally, the storage units and grill area are actually forbidden by the lease, so I would not recommend this place. Safe friendly and feels like home

Nice area complex is well maintained and the apartments are nice and comfortable neighbors appear to be nice and friendly close to shopping center

Gave 4 star only bc mgmt there that day was very helpful and helped me get on the wait list for an apt They do accept rental assistance Very nice looking complex esp the new ones being built across the street Very affordable if you can get in

SUPER thin walls you can hear your neighbor easily the apartments are spacious and allow dogs they are all new But corporate sucks no one answers the office phone your only way of contact is email and it takes forever for things to get fixed There ar SUPER thin walls you can hear your neighbor easily the apartments are spacious and allow dogs they are all new But corporate sucks no one answers the office phone your only way of contact is email and it takes forever for things to get fixed There are some real disrespectful people living here who dont care for and appreciate their community leaving the place looking like trash Corporate clearly does not care no matter how many complaints residents and the managers give to them The turn over of management is crazy too ive seen about 34 managers since i have moved in October 2017nnOther than that its the only affordable place to live that allows dogsnnUPDATE responding to the management response I have contacted the office multiple times I either get an excuse or never a return call thats why people are waiting outside the locked office todaynnWe are not just money coming in the mail How would anyone at corporate feel living here Would you deal with what we have to deal with more ... hide ...
