They will not make sure your details are current... that is YOUR responsibility!! They do not send the right communication to the right people - such as MYSELF! They post notices in the main lobby thinking everyone will pause and read them. I have heard from other tenants that they have removed some amenities that were agreed upon (by lease), they make up new regulations every week, and today, sitting in the office with the closed sign displayed while people are being towed. I already talked to them about updating my sticker, YESTERDAY. There is NO FOLLOW THROUGH from them. I was offered a temporary sticker to park in the parking lot. So why wasn't EVERYONE given a temporary sticker, if they don't possess a new one?!If you like barbecuing where you live - this is not the building for you. If you like a 24/7 exercise room (which was threatened to be locked down because of kids playing in there - instead of just asking their parents to have them play outside), this is not the building for you. If you like friendly, understanding, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED MANAGEMENT.... THIS IS NOT THE BUILDING FOR YOU!!!&&I AM CONTACTING CORPORATE more ... hide ...

I can only speak for myself I like living here its convenient to the buses post office NJ PAC and the Prudential Center The building has a beautiful lobby and community room I really like this building planning to stay for a long time
