I had called about renting one of their units here They told me they were possibly waiting to see if another individual was going to lease it out Took weeks before I finally had to call and follow up Literally weeks when I asked to speak with the man I had called about renting one of their units here They told me they were possibly waiting to see if another individual was going to lease it out Took weeks before I finally had to call and follow up Literally weeks when I asked to speak with the manager just because I wanted her to know no one has bothered to call me back and keep me updated And also that theyve been waiting weeks to rent out the unit to someone who failed their background check supposedly and they werent sure if they could rent it out or not Manager never bothered to call Terrible customer service and Im sure it was a sign of how I wouldve been treated had I moved in The lady was still friendly however just terrible with customer service more ... hide ...
