In need of a local primary care provider I made an appointment with PA Jennifer Gregory She was extremely rude she didnt listen to anything I said repeatedly got my diagnosis wrong and then got offended when I corrected her On top of all that she com In need of a local primary care provider I made an appointment with PA Jennifer Gregory She was extremely rude she didnt listen to anything I said repeatedly got my diagnosis wrong and then got offended when I corrected her On top of all that she completely freaked out over a longstanding treatment that has literally saved my life without any risk of addiction or anything like that I wasnt asking her to do anything about it at all but she saw it in my records and locked on it in a negative way Her hostility kept increasing so I said my goodbyes and left As I was almost out the door she loudly announced my treatment protocol to a bunch of people including other patients describing me and the treatment in a manner meant to shame me Socorro General Medical Group endorsed this violation of my privacy rights as did Presbyterian Healthcare Its a shame local health care would have been a real luxury more ... hide ...

Worse hospital I was in a roll over car accident and despite be begging not to be taken here i was When i arrived i was not placed in monitors i had to ask the doctor to please CT scan my body as i am a multi trauma patient My right foot was broken t Worse hospital I was in a roll over car accident and despite be begging not to be taken here i was When i arrived i was not placed in monitors i had to ask the doctor to please CT scan my body as i am a multi trauma patient My right foot was broken the nurses told me im too loud and closes the door on me i was just in a roll over with a possible head injury and they close the door on me with no monitors your being too loud and there are other patients herennThen when i asked to call family it was like jail they wouldnt let me call My family was calling them and they would tell them that they cant give information We cant be giving everyone updates Mind you my brother is listed as my emergency contact basically those night shift ER nurses are lazy They work there because they dont want to do anything Didnt even bother offering me a blanket Hopefully they didnt chart an assessment because a stethoscope or a hand was not placed on me once Anyone know of a good lawyer more ... hide ...

Currently sitting in 100 weather outside after being brought here by an ambulance They have chairs to sit in outside while you wait over 2 hours to be seen with exhaust fumes from law enforcement vehicles and ambulances being blown at you constantlyn Currently sitting in 100 weather outside after being brought here by an ambulance They have chairs to sit in outside while you wait over 2 hours to be seen with exhaust fumes from law enforcement vehicles and ambulances being blown at you constantlynnGot in after having a full blown anxiety attack from the heat and spiders crawling in me outside They let me go after inducing these panic symptoms and prescribing me blood pressure meds I still cant feel my hands and feet what I went in for now Im driving to er in t or c to get help with this panic anxiety attack they induced and will hopefully get help at a real er I dont even recommend going here if youre dying Came in by ambulance now driving myself to an er an hour away to deal with the symptoms they invoked at sgher more ... hide ...

I was on vacation in May 2020 staying with my best friend who lives in Socorro when I needed to get seen by the ER and was subsequently admitted By far the WORST hospital can you even really call it a hospital Its more like a glorified clinic with ov I was on vacation in May 2020 staying with my best friend who lives in Socorro when I needed to get seen by the ER and was subsequently admitted By far the WORST hospital can you even really call it a hospital Its more like a glorified clinic with overnight capabilities The ER wasnt horrific but they refused to use my central line permanent IV in my chest and demanded they had to start an IV after fishing around for veins and inevitably not getting anyone including the one in my foot they then decided it would be ok to use my central line I have the central line because of my very poor vein access due to chronic illnesses and I get IV treatments at home They finally decided I needed to get admitted but first a Covid swab no big deal until the nurse loaded me up in a wheelchair and took me to the parking lot for the swab I got into my room and asked about my daily home medications Im on quite a few HOWEVER they only had one or two that I take and asked if I could bring in the rest from my friends house What kind of hospital doesnt keep normal medications on hand Like I said glorified clinic I am tube fed and on a special type of formula not special as in hard to get as the one I was on was a very common formula They brought in store bought ensure when I said Im sorry that makes me violently ill they then brought me in a cup of broth like that was a suitable replacement and would get me all the nutrition I need I had to not only bring all me medications from home but also my feeding pump and formula because they didnt have either Had I not been staying with someone who could bring me what I needed I wouldnt ended up much sicker and withdrawal from important medications such as antidepressants heart medication non narcotic pain medication and sleep medication I was terrified for my life in the glorified clinic disguised as a hospital more ... hide ...
