This is a terrible review concerning my elderly uncle who has been living here for a long time. It is difficult for him to move around with his cane or wheelchair, and trying to contact management is almost impossible. It is difficult for him to move around with his cane or wheelchair, and trying to contact management is almost impossible. The manager, Clarkson, locks up the office in the morning and is never there for the entire day, which is a continuous issue that must be brought to the owner's attention. It appears that she clocks in, leaves for the day, and takes her hourly pay without tending to any of the tenants. The only time she is visible is early in the morning. When I attempted to speak with management on behalf of my uncle, the office was always closed. The caretaker for my uncle needed to communicate with someone in the office regarding a health professional coming to see my uncle, but to no avail. This is unacceptable. What kind of management does this place have? Someone needs to make sure that the manager is there for her whole shift since she is receiving hourly pay, but nobody is there to assist the tenants. One could only catch her clocking in early in the morning and then leaving. Something needs to be done about this urgently. Mr Johnson, please address this situation. more ... hide ...

I have been here for four years and although I'm not a fan of the downtown area, the staff - including management, maintenance and housekeeping - are hardworking and genuinely care about my quality of life. This is why I've stayed here for so long. T I have been here for four years and although I'm not a fan of the downtown area, the staff - including management, maintenance and housekeeping - are hardworking and genuinely care about my quality of life. This is why I've stayed here for so long. The apartments are kept very clean and orderly, and it's usually quiet on the weekends. We are also given the opportunity to grow plants and vegetables in the courtyard. If you enjoy the downtown area, then you would be very happy here. There are rules such as strict no smoking laws in the apartments and courtyard, as well as pet deposits and expectations of respect and courtesy. The tenants look out for one another and often help each other. The gym and community room are great additions. There are also laundry rooms on each floor, and some apartments have private locked garage parking. All in all, it's a community with kind people and reasonable expectations. If you're looking for loud parties and an untidy environment, this isn't the place for you. However, if you're respectful and can show appreciation, it's wonderful. The property manager, Verna, often hosts get-togethers such as fall festivals, winter holiday dinners, potlucks, spring fling lunches, and Valentines get-togethers. Its kinda cramped and ghetto because of the people but the actual apartments on the inside are so cute Planning on renting when I get a better job

As a resident here I have largely been happy with the amenities location and even placement of my apartment within the building However around the holidays and beginning sooner I have had 4 packages in total go missingget stolen the locked parking ga As a resident here I have largely been happy with the amenities location and even placement of my apartment within the building However around the holidays and beginning sooner I have had 4 packages in total go missingget stolen the locked parking garage which was a large part of building security is broken and has been for months One time in order to get someone in the offices related to something urgent I called the office phone 14 times I think the phone was picked up only because I annoyed them to death The apartment itself is nice and its lucky I havent run into too many issues with it because I doubt I could get anyone to pick up the phone I used to enjoy living here a lot and the fellow residents have been great but I no longer feel as safe or as though anyone works here at all more ... hide ...
