I had a great experience from the day I moved in.Contrary to what is said about these apartments, its an easy-going community--not to mention quiet compared to others in the same price range.There is a nice diversity in the tenants, and the staff makes great efforts to address peoples individual needs.I really think that people who post negativity usually have caused their own problems. Check this place out if you are on a budget. It may be an older complex and not as big as a some of the others, but its really a calm place, if thats how you keep it. Its like anywhere else is drama if you make drama.more ...hide ...

I checked out this housing and found the property manager s kind, respectful young man who showed me two apartments. The whole center is very clean, xeriscaped, and very quiet considering how close it is to Cerrillos RoaI checked out this housing and found the property manager s kind, respectful young man who showed me two apartments. The whole center is very clean, xeriscaped, and very quiet considering how close it is to Cerrillos Road. The two apartments I visited had ample closet space with fully equipped kitchens. In the end I decided not to take the apartments because neither has an enclosed yard. Gardening is part of my therapy and I have a cat who needs an outdoor space. These are the only reasons I did not give the Center a 5 star rating.more ...hide ...

This company is absolutely ridiculous . They do not follow their own policies. They think because you are in low income you will not pay your bills or balances.
