I have been living here for four years and I plan to stay here for as long as I can. I absolutely adore my home here; it is so peaceful and cozy. We are allowed to decorate our decks and balconies how we like; many of the residents have brought flowers, plants, wind chimes, tables and chairs from their previous homes, which helps us to feel comforted. We are not supervised closely and are permitted to lead tranquil lives. Another excellent feature is that the office personnel are so friendly and respectful to the inhabitants. We were disheartened when Jim, Rene, Bobbi and Amanda left, as they were all marvellous. It is astounding to see how spotless the area is even though so many people have dogs. The courtyard at the back is spectacular! The laundry rooms are always tidy, too. During holidays, the staff give us small presents, which they hang on our doors. Moreover, volunteers with generous hearts take the initiative to decorate the lobby exquisitely. Whenever I have asked for repairs, maintenance arrive and resolve the issue within a few hours. I love everything about living here; it is not overly luxurious, but it is calm, clean, well-maintained and managed by people who seem like family. I am very grateful. more ... hide ...

Theres a reason why the photos are taken at an angle theres barely room to turn around in the kitchen These units are very old and the cabinets and fridge show it The hallways creep me out No washer or dryer you can have your own but you pay for all Theres a reason why the photos are taken at an angle theres barely room to turn around in the kitchen These units are very old and the cabinets and fridge show it The hallways creep me out No washer or dryer you can have your own but you pay for all of the utilities water etc so the question would be why would you want to do that They have two tiers for apartments reuced rate and market and the market rate is ridiculous for a less than 600 square foot pained white box I didnt see much landscaping so the photos on the website must be quite old the place is tiny and very very sad Its where you put someone at the end of life It didnt feel like there is much life here I ran out of the building after a brief tour Two stars because the staff was nice everything else gets a zero more ... hide ...
