Azotea is a great place for seniors on a limited income. The spaces are roomy, well designed, and functional. The property is kept up, walkways are clear, and open spaces are somewhat inviting. The one unfortunate thing is that there is no common area for socialization. As a result there is number to the interaction with the tenants in general.
