READ BEFORE APPLYING Income restricted housing according to Enchanted Vista is calculated by hourly wageregardless of how many hours you workwhich is VERY different than how other apartments cap income restrictions So say I worked for only 1 hour thi READ BEFORE APPLYING Income restricted housing according to Enchanted Vista is calculated by hourly wageregardless of how many hours you workwhich is VERY different than how other apartments cap income restrictions So say I worked for only 1 hour this year and earned 35 Because it was 35hr I am not eligible for income restricted housing despite that I only made 35 the entire year This is exactly how the uncaring and unprofessional management at Enchanted Vista explained their process to me over the phoneafter I gave them 2 45 application fees for myself and my boyfriend of course We didnt even finish or submit the applications after hearing this so I asked for a refund Nope they said no refund on my 90 I told them they are scamming people by not being clear about what their income restriction actually means and the woman on the phone became incredibly rude toward me before I hung upnnSTAY FAR AWAY from the scammers at Enchanted Vista Dont even bother applying more ... hide ...
