It is also great having the shops within the complex, like Ponderosa Brewery, a Reiki master, barbershop, bakery, and more. Additionally, the Flamingo Dance Studio is located on the grounds, which brings a lively atmosphere. I am grateful for Marilyn, the community manager, who attends to any issues brought to her attention. She makes sure everyone is aware of the regulations by phone or in person. In addition, Marilyn distributes flyers throughout the year to inform us of any changes in the complex. We are continually aware of rules, such as parking, towing, and handicap procedures. This is a non-smoking complex, which is useful to me since I have asthma.
