I have found it to be fairly quiet....in comparison to other apartments Ive lived in. Yes, there has been an issue with homeless people breaking in to sleep at night, but it has been handled.....through arrests....etc. There is a homeless shelter nearby (but not next door) its approximately 1 mile away. This co.plex serves seniors & adults with disabilities....as a result, there is government paperwork that must be done, which, unfortunately, takes time. The complex is clean. I have had no problems contacting anyone in the home office in regards to maintenance issues...etc.more ...hide ...

Please be careful living here! When you apply for an apartment, they take your deposit right away which is $300. Then they will tell you that everything is fine until the last minute, and find a reason not to except you. Please be careful living here! When you apply for an apartment, they take your deposit right away which is $300. Then they will tell you that everything is fine until the last minute, and find a reason not to except you. I asked for my money back, and they have stopped communication. They claim it is affordable housing, but a one bedroom is almost $1300. A three bedroom is almost $1800. I know people who live here, and their appliances are always down and trying to get maintenance is like pulling teeth. There are (known) drug users throughout the property and the dumpsters are always full of furniture and appliances. Nothing is updated or cleaned before you move in. The managers never address any of these concerns either. The managers don€™t take care of you unless rent is due. You can find more fordable housing than this joke of an apartment complex.more ...hide ...
