About a couple weeks ago I went to turn in an application , as I was walking up I overheard the management screaming and yelling about someone being a liar, and how she has the power/authority to evict anyone on her terms. I dont personally know who it was directed to but it did change my mind about putting in an application . I understand this is a low-income residence, but that doesnt give anyone the right to speak to someone in that demeanor or tone of voice. When I did walk in to hand in the application and see what was going on, the manager did not acknowledge me for a few minutes, and when she did , she asked what did I want, which I did not find to be appropriate office behavior.
