Management is never to be found in the office, and internet access is impossible - although they claim to have a provider, the website is always malfunctioning. There are no cable or phone jacks, and the walls are not insulated. The apartment is always muggy and humid due to the lack of ventilation. My girlfriend has been living here for over a year, and I wish her lease with the increased rent would end soon. This area is not secure; they claim to have security, but I have never seen a guard. The staff never does their job properly, they make you sign documents multiple times, and when called out on it, they refuse to take responsibility.
