I have lived here for 2 yrs now and the new management that arrived right around when I did is fantastic Maria is very quick to respond and address any concerns or issues as well as interacting positively with the tenants The maintenance men are on iI have lived here for 2 yrs now and the new management that arrived right around when I did is fantastic Maria is very quick to respond and address any concerns or issues as well as interacting positively with the tenants The maintenance men are on it too Bob and Gary really take care of the people and the property They are very prompt about repairing any issues that occur They are always available on short notice if you dont see them out walking around they are able to be contacted quickly at the number provided to the residence This is a great team that have done amazing work keeping things together at this property I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone I know and dont know just because of the staff alone The price is comfortable and the professionalism is outstanding A huge thanks and appreciation to Team Sierra Springs 2019 and beyondmore ...hide ...

The apartments are nice but the walls are very thin. You can hear people talk in the rooms next to your apartment. They have inspections every 3 months, so be prepared for that. The tenants there will be nice to you then talk behind your back. If they don€™t like you, they will make your life unbearable. You must be in good shape, as the elevator breaks all the time. The fire alarm goes off anytime someone burns toast. Only rent here if it€™s your last resort. It€™s a miserable place. I live in a 2 bedroom with my son. The bedrooms are large and have large closets. All my neighbors are nice. The maintenance staff is also friendly, responsive and knowledgeable.
