The waiting list is long but the rent is really cheap. A one bedroom is only 500 a month for normal income. The office hours are limited but the staff is friendly. You can hear everything outside though. Move out is difficult as you are required to get a truck mounted carpet cleaning service to come in and the apartment has to be cleaned and ready for the next person before you move out, but overall I think it€™s worth it.
