Living at this complex has been nothing but a hassle since the very first day. If you are considering renting here, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. I have been a resident for nearly two years and there is an excessive cockroach problem, no matter how much you spray they will come back. The property managers are not keen on repairing anything, most of the outlets in my apartment do not work and the three that do require a 3 prong extension cord to keep the wires in place. The cost of rent has increased and they advertise remodeled apartments, however, when I moved in my apartment was unclean and required cleaning from the start. I am almost positive there is mold in the unit since I have had several respiration issues since my arrival and it is obvious that the property has not been kept up. Most of the neighbors are very kind, however, there are a lot of people who do not live in the complex walking around. As well as homeless people searching through our trash. Nonetheless, they try to add fees to help clean the premises, yet the garbage is from the homeless digging in the dumpster, not from the tenants. There is no security guard or cameras, even though there have been numerous vehicles vandalized and broken into. Drug dealers roam around trying to sell their products. There is a gate, but it is almost always broken. I could go on and on, but it is definitely more ... hide ...
