Its not a bad place The management team is very helpful I hope they find a better maintenance person than the one they had It would be nice if the other tenants would pick up after their dogs
I just had the best experience with Kai at the office It was a beautiful day so I went to my sons house for a visit on Thursday I had such a good time at my sons house that I had forgotten my purse So I went over to the office as the office was justI just had the best experience with Kai at the office It was a beautiful day so I went to my sons house for a visit on Thursday I had such a good time at my sons house that I had forgotten my purse So I went over to the office as the office was just closingI caught Kai just in time and she was beginning to lock the door for the evening I explained to Kai the situation and she gave me the spare key to unlock my door I unlocked the door and took the key back to her and by the grace of God I was able to come in my home and take my medication I just wanted to say thank you very much Kai and you deserve a raise Kai was very professional and pleasant and did not seem in a hurry I did not feel rushed to return the key but I did return it immediately so for that I thank you very much I really appreciate all that Kai has done for me more ...hide ...

The apartments are beautiful Very clean The people are nice and the staff is amazing Kai works in the office and is so friendly Shes really helpful and made sure that I was comfortable and had answers to all of my questions My family is very pleased

Bugs and DrugsThe apartment I lived in here had chronic ant and pest problems. Five times I told the managers about ants swarming my bathroom sink at night and five times they had a groggy bug man blow puffs of chemical around but the bugs kept coming.I finally moved out because something else bit me behind my ear and all over my scalp while I slept--I have pictures of the fang marks. The bites made me sick with flu-like symptoms that took almost a year to get over. I moved out because of the bugs and the need to protect my health; the owners are now suing me for another months rent. They look like clean-cut, lovely people but they are miserable human beings. Guess I would be too if I had to spend my days there.I lived in two different apartments in this complex--there were meth users and dealers above and beside me in both locations. The owners knew this but didnt care because these particular drug users were on disability and the owners loved the automatic rent deposits the government made to their bank account each month.This place is a nightmare.more ...hide ...
Ive lived here for four years. The manager that used to be here, was horrible. She lied, stole and treated the residents like they were a bother. The manager thats here now, is a total opposite. The manager thats here now, is a total opposite. Shes kind to everyone. The maintenance men are also very good at what they do. Especially Jimmy. He will always take care of what needs fixing and always does an excellent job. The building is well taken care of. New carpeting throughout, painted the outside of the building and the apartments are nice. Of course they raised the rent to pay for it, but its still affordable. All in all, its a nice, quiet place to live. The majority of the residents are also very nice people. If you can get an apartment here, I would suggest you try.more ...hide ...

The manager got her throat slashed and left for dead. And couple weeks sfter that 3 gun shots were fired one bullet went into our apartment. Storage was broke onto (a key) was used 3 times. Storage was broke onto (a key) was used 3 times. They let drug addicts and dealers rent there and that has brung violence to the property. The security cameras in the under ground garage are fake. One fell on the ground looked they are battery operated only a fake distraction. They mislead the tenants and future tenants. There is never a manager in the office on the propert, because they are afaid to be on the property. And if something needs fixed good luck with that!!!!more ...hide ...
