UPDATE My Rating for here is now 3 of 5 StarsnnAs of August 1 2022 there are no more onsite Security GuardsnnTenants were advised via Memo on doorsnnWe have changed our security service and hours Cameras have been upgraded and are monitored If the ofUPDATE My Rating for here is now 3 of 5 StarsnnAs of August 1 2022 there are no more onsite Security GuardsnnTenants were advised via Memo on doorsnnWe have changed our security service and hours Cameras have been upgraded and are monitored If the officers see a concerning event or possible trespasser they will speak through some of the cameras and ask for the concern or trespasser to depart and will be in close communication with the police department to handle these concernsnThis is a change from having a security guard onsite for swing grave shiftsnnChanged in being locked out of aptnnIf you are locked out of your apt and need access please call our office number speak with our answering service and they will dispatch maintenance to let you in Cost for this maintenance lockout emergency is 50nThis is an increase from 10 costnnThis does not apply to me but Vehicle ParkingnnOne parking permit per aptnVehicle must be licensed registered insured and in working conditionnA new tow company has been employednNoncompliant vehicles will be towed at vehicle owners expensennOnsite Maintenance has changed a few timesn9242022 UPDATE Maint Kevin is no longer at THIS building Told that he is working at another propertynThe current Maintenance seems friendly and very busynI just decided to submit a work order to replace a lightbulb in my entry way light The Management website acknowledged it asked me to respond to the email and I assume itll be replaced sooner than laternnHopefully new apt Meeting 412020 1130amnn 4172022 My Review is more like 35 StarsnnMy 3 tooshort leases later with big rent hikes each time Im still herenI would prefer being offered 12 month leases but personally I havent been offered them for unknown reasons by whomever makes the decisions about itnnNewest Office Staff Maintenance current Security are goodnnThe Management have to help a lot of current tenants with various issues and process new people along with leasing info toursnThe 34 of them are bright intelligent friendly and I feel they truly do care and want to help with any type of problem that comes up in a communitynnThe Maintenance are very busy but especially the newest and current guy and his assistant are fast helpful polite and so far theyve fixed issues that have been waiting very quickly efficiently and completely answered my few questions before they leftnnThere is a Mailroom on the 1st floor with mailboxes and newer Package LockersnAlso in there is a free filtered water cooler with both Hot Cold waternThe WASH Card Machine is there too We are given cards and able to add money to them so we can use them NOT quarters or dollar bills when we do laundrynThe washers dryers are fairly new and service is done when its needednnWe have 2 Vending Machines in 1st floor Laundry AreanA beverage snack machinenIt takes change dollar bills and also has a card that can have added to it so tenants dont have to carry money with themnnI usually only cross paths with Swing Shift SecuritynnThere is a Grave Shift toonnThey do rounds approx 1 an hour lock certain doors and areas at certain times and they deal with tenants issues from community interactions to a tenant accidentally locking themselves out of their aptsnnThey also help any emergency agencies such as Police Fire Dept and EMT that might have to respond and need entry inside the apt building and access the elevators to get to a tenants aptnnAll of the Staff here do their very best with what they are allowed to donnI finally had 2 of 3 major things fixed or replacednThat handling certain problem tenants that are either recently gone or are leaving soon has made the whole building feel so much more calm and a decent place to livennDecent neighborhoodnA few nice places to eat nearbynIts only 2 blocks from the Truckee River so a nice walk parks a movie theater local art a few churches restaurants are all along itmore ...hide ...
One of the absolute worst places you could possibly want to rent they offer zero amenities and they continuously raise your rent every three months They also refused to pay back any security deposits owed

I have personally not been here, but was trying to contact my sister-in-law who lives there. I was unable to get ahold of my sister-in-law because every time I called, it said her phone was not working.
