The gym/fitness equipment isnt the best. They used to have grass here but they replaced it with gravel. There was a building here falling apart that they had to demolished it and turned it into a graveled dog park. The style of the event room is old, i feel like they should remodel that.Neighbors for the most part leave you alone.Wish that our previous manager/landlord mentioned that our downstairs neighbors are smokers before we moved in, makes it hard to enjoy our patio area.Get ready for some unsupervised children roaming around. Ive seen children playing in the trash cans/bins. Kids touching your cars. Literally children consistently slamming doors at a time, shaking the whole building that Im in. Kids knocking at my door to tell me to keep it down in mid day because their parents are sleeping, when it was our other neighbors making noise. Went to tell the neighbor that their child (around age 7) was at my door because since they were sleeping I thought theyd like to know that their child was going to other peoples doors but our neighbor didnt answer the door and then later I saw them come out their apartment. One time I moved something in my patio and my neighbor (older lady) growled at me. LOL, um yea. This could be a me problem but I thought whoever reads this review would like to know the situation before moving in. If you want to avoid children playing landlords and growling neighbors. Id ask who lives in the building before you moving in. Ive lived in apartment complexes in Vegas before, and I have never seen or had experienced any of this stuff. I summed my rating to a 3.5 stars.more ...hide ...
