This area is very nice, with good maintenance, however the rent is continuously increasing. When I looked for this place online, the rental price was not accurate and does not reflect a low-income cost. When I looked for this place online, the rental price was not accurate and does not reflect a low-income cost. In 2021, rent has already gone up twice! Some of us are working extra hours to keep up with the expenses. My fear is that eventually we won't be able to keep up and have to move out. Other residents are retired or disabled and they're being charged too much since everyone pays the same amount here. I hope that the rent will stop increasing because it's unfair to those who have been consistent with their payments as well as those who are retired or sickly.more ...hide ...
